Chris is the author of The Middle School Playbook: High-Impact Leadership Strategies to Ensure Peak Performance (release date: May 2026 by Solution Tree Press), a practical guide designed to help middle school leaders cultivate collaborative cultures, data-driven systems, and sustainable results. His approach blends research, reflection, and real-world experience to help leaders move from intention to execution.
Whether coaching leadership teams, facilitating professional learning, or speaking to educators across the country, Chris’ message remains consistent: Leadership is about alignment, relationships, and action — leading forward together.
Chris is married to Lacey, a middle school counselor, and together they have a son named Graham. They enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and cheering on their favorite teams (go Heels!). The Bennett family resides outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
